  2. Thanks for posting these! I can't wait to walk the bridge with my mom in Oct. Beautiful photos!

By the way, where would you say is the best place to get cupcakes in NYC?

  3. At work they always get cupcakes from Crumbs (right on 42nd across from Bryant Park) whenever there's a reason to celebrate, but they're expensive (but sooooo good!!). There's also sugar Sweet sunshine all the way down on Rivington and they're also really yummy, much more affordable and it's a cute little shop! Magnolia Bakery is another famous place, but I've yet to go myself and my coworker said their cupcakes aren't all that. Maybe I should check it out someday. Hope this helps :)

  4. Great pictures!

PS Don't waste your time with Magnolia Bakery! Their cupcakes are cute, but not very good. Very overrated in my opinion!

  5. I really like the 4th shot - the one showing the stone work details of the arch in the tower.

The story behind this much fabled bridge is incredible.

  8. Those are wonderful pics. The fourth one, looking up the bridge, makes my heart race. I like it, though. The heart race effect, that is.
