I saw a show on PBS recently that eplained the H and N and the numbering thing. It was nice to understand it in layperson's terms - and of course I've basically forgotten most of it.
Yuck...flu season right around the corner. The allergy nurse reminded me this week that they'll be giving the shots out starting next week. Unfortunately, with the allergy shots I have to wait 24-48 hours before I can get ANY shot, either that or skip the allergy shot for the week entirely.
