Grey's Anatomy Season Premiere



I didn't watch the last two seasons, but wanted to watch tonight's sad premiere.
The grief...George...

I think the part that got me was the harvesting of his organs.

When did Karev become so emotionally intense? And who will survive the merger?

    5 minutes into the episode and I was bawling like a baby, haha!

    I just watch the scenes with Ellen Pompeo in them.

    Although Chandra Wilson's Bailey often has some lines that crack me up.

    I think it might actually be worth watching this year with the merger and all.

    I know it's heartless, but I hope they don't drag out the George thing.

    I am watching it tonight. The season finale from last season was a cliffhanger, I thought both George and Izzie would not make it. Poor George.

    Oh holy cow... that scene at the end with karev... where he kept yelling "You died in my arms..." - that killed me!!!!!

    I know!! The whole time I kept thinking, "Ugh, why do you suck at life, Karev!! She's your wife! She has cancer! Hold her, you jerk."

    And then in that scene I got it and my heart hurt for him. I know it's fiction, but still, I cannot even imagine what it would feel like to lose someone in your arms and feel so helpless.

    Grey's lost me when Meredith and Derek broke up AGAIN. And I got so annoyed with George that I was not the least bit sorry to hear they were killing him off.

    Of course, I think I've gotten a bit desensitized to characters dying since it happens all the time these days. That might have something to do with it.
