Don't you just adore this picture? It makes me want to own each little furball in it. By the way, did you know the First Family will finally get its First Pet in April? Sasha and Malia must be uber excited about their dog! Can you remember your first pet?
And does your child want a cuddly critter of his own? Then read on!

Yep. It was a calico cat that mom called Brandy.
ReplyDeleteAll I hear is blah blah blah wahhh blah blah...pets. Stinky. Poopy. Needy. Yes, they're cute, but blah! (I've been down this road, and I'm sure I'll cave sooner rather than later.) One more time.
ReplyDeleteBlah.
My first pet was a dog, a German Shepard named Rommel, after the German General from WWII. He was so ugly he was cute, acted fierce but was a real softy.
ReplyDeleteu should add to shop at my store for dogs have a great weekend
ReplyDeleteCute picture!
ReplyDeleteI *think* I remember my first pet, he was a white mutt. I was living in Taiwan and my aunt's neighbor's dog had puppies. So the neighbor offered me one. I took him home inside a shoe box, carried the shoe box in my arms while riding with my dad on his scooter.
Fun times.
My first pet was a goldfish. It exploded one hot summer day..... it was too hot for my little fishy. I remember we flushed it down the toilet. And then there was the turtle. I was scared of the turtle so my dad killed it. And then came the bunny. I was scared of the bunny too so we ate it. And now I have a dog.......
ReplyDeleteAy Dios, I want them all. They are so cute. My first pet was Billy, he got sick and I don't talk about it anymore.
ReplyDeleteThen came the love of my life, my little Charlie, who I love and adore more than I could ever imagine would be possible. I love that little dog so much it scares me sometimes.
ladystyx, that's an awesome name. And I used to like calico cats when I was younger. I think I read a story with one in it and then decided they were cute.
ReplyDeletetooj, no use fighting it. You're going to fall eventually.
chicagolady, Hahaha!"He was so ugly he was cute." Yipers.
torrance, thanks for letting us know. Enjoy your weekend!
sugarlens, aww that's such a cute memory!
anonymous, wow. Please don't get scared of this one. Even though she frightens me. My brother used to have a turtle and it died when he went to DR for several weeks (dad forgot to water and feed it). Oh man the tears after he got back. I just couldn't stop crying because he was so upset over losing his little pet. (I never touched the thing though. It creeped me out!)
heidi, what kind of animal was Billy? And yes, I know how much you love that dog. It scares me too especially when you start going into your baby voice when you talk about him and there's no bringing you back to your senses.
Billy was a dog too. I dont want to talk about it.
ReplyDeletemy first pet was apparently and tiny lizard that I left on the yard on day and when i came back it was dead dried.
ReplyDeleteahhh, my first pet was my cocker spaniel named harley (previous owners did the honors). he was 1.5 years old and so soft and cuddly. i can't wait for the first fam to get their little rug rat...i bet it'll be adorable.
ReplyDeleteI definitely remembermy first pet and still get sad when I think about my dog Missy. She was one of the casualties of my parents' divorce. Cute picture!
ReplyDeleteAwww! Furry puff balls!!!
ReplyDeleteI kept trying to comment to above post on products but it kept coming up blank...stupid blogger...anyways, I've used a lot of those products. Good ones. I'll have to try that mascara.
franco, wow. That so sad!
ReplyDeletevalerie, I'm sure those girls are going to go bonkers with that dog :)
joanofalltrades, man divorces just ruin EVERYTHING. Did they have to give her away? My close friend had a dog named Missy too. She had to give her away when she moved. Cute dog, too.
yaya, yeah blogger acts up sometimes. Annoying. I'm glad you like those products too! Let me know what you think of the mascara if you try it.
They are ridiculously cute, but I kinda think my kids are enough pet for me. :)
ReplyDelete"Thank you for the smart critique. Me & my neighbour were preparing to do some research about that. We got a great book on that matter from our local library and most books where not as influensive as your facts. I am incredibly glad to see such information which I was searching for a long time. This created really glad! In any case, in my language, you can find not a lot great supply like this."
