Midway through my day at work today I realized that it was my 1-year anniversary at the magazine. After work I celebrated by buying myself a small bouquet of multi-colored carnations, strolling to my heart's content through the paths of Central Park and feeling like the luckiest girl in the world.

Midway through my day at work today I realized that it was my 1-year anniversary at the magazine. After work I celebrated by buying myself a small bouquet of multi-colored carnations, strolling to my heart's content through the paths of Central Park and feeling like the luckiest girl in the world.

Nope! I was trying my very best to walk like a normal human being and not Speed Racer (btw, I heard a dad singing this theme song to his little boy riding a bike).
ReplyDeleteI was just walking along, flowers in hand, without a care in the world looking at the dog walkers, the old men sitting alone on the benches, the runners, the horse-drawn carriages, etc. And it was so nice out! I walked the length of the park like I always do :)
