Shaving could very well be my least fun activity in the shower. It's so tedious and I'll only have to do it again in a few days time. But as fun as it is to hear A. call me "cactus legs," I'd rather suck it up, pull out my Venus and get my body fit for the summer season. Lord knows the pain (and upfront expense) that is waxing is only for special occasions! What hair removal method do you usually go for?Image: ladyzona.com
I'm definitely a shaver, but I only do as much as is needed. Since I'm single, that means months of hairy legs in the winter!

ReplyDeleteThat's an easy one. I shave every day when I shower. That way if I miss certain hairs one day, I'm bound to catch them the next. It only takes seconds because there is never much to swipe at. VaaaaVoooom!

ReplyDeleteWhen I shaved my legs last time I cut my shins badly, and decided it wasn't worth the hastle and pain. I haven't bothered since, so the hairs don't grow much. It's true what they say... Hair really does grow quicker the more you cut it.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely shaving. I tried to wax my legs once and it just hurt, plain and simple. Plus, it didn't do anything, probably because I didn't know what I was doing. It's under my arms, though, that I wish someone could invent a hair removal method other than cream and razor. That only leaves me with bumps and irritation. That is not attractive at all. Ugh, shaving can be such a turd.
ReplyDeleteafter years of shaving (i am extremely hairy) i decided to endure the pain and use an epilator...and now that's all I use. the first month the pain is pretty bad though, but it's worth it!
ReplyDeleteI'm a shaver. And you may think I'm crazy, but I enjoy it. I like how the blade feels on my skin. Does that make me sound weird?
ReplyDeleteAll depends. If I don't have time, I shave. If I have a few spare minutes, I'd rather use Veet because my legs seem to be smoother for longer. Pits always get the razor though.
