Oh I've only been once to the parade in 2002. It was crazy and packed.
I did the NYE on Times Square by myself once as well to ring in 2003, I think, and that was a test of strength. Standing in one spot for six hours in the cold without going to the bathroom, eating or drinking? Yeah, it was awesome, but I think I'm good for life.

I've always wanted to be a rope holder of one of the balloons - and maybe even have some high winds blow us of course down a side street somewhere along the parade route. :)
That is totally on my bucket list! That and New Years in Time Square. : )
