So like I mentioned last week, starting off The Latina Staff Health Challenge was a bit rough. I seriously thought I'd be good to go once we started, but I got a nice little reality check. It was going to take a lot more than just buying the right foods; I was actually going to have to change those bad habits of mine. Easier said than done! Read my first week's entry here!

I think you're right, it's going to take writing a schedule and keeping to it...at least for the first few weeks. By then, it becomes almost habit. I know I was really strict the first few weeks of my eating modification, by week 4 it was almost second nature.
ReplyDeletei cant see it...why?
ReplyDeleteGood luck!!
ReplyDeleteI definitely think you need to schedule your time better, and schedule in time to eat! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI know. Today was another rough one. It was so busy today, I didn't get home until 8:30 PM or so. Tomorrow might be another long one. Woo woo.
ReplyDeletedariany, were you ever able to see it all? Maybe something wrong with the server...
Dorkys, take a lunch break and if you stay late, take a dinner break! You have to eat to gain that energy woman!
ReplyDeletePS. Happy Staff Appreciation Day!
: )
it can only get better
ReplyDeleteThis is off topic, but I have the same necklace! :)
ReplyDeleteThe one in the health challenge intro blurb? It was actually a gift from the ex for our first Christmas. I love it :)
ReplyDeleteYup, the one in the intro blurb. I actually have the matching earrings too. Although I never wear them together.
ReplyDeleteOh, hehe, I am actually wearing the necklace today. :)
And I got the earrings for our second Christmas.
