For those wondering how the Vero Beach trip went, just wanted to say it was fun and very interesting. Of course, I didn't relax much (outside of my spa appointment that is) and didn't see it as a vacation (it was work after all), but I got the chance to meet some great people, laughed a bunch, ate great food and had an awesome time just enjoying the warmer weather.
We experienced delays and turbulence on our flight back, but eventually landed in La Guardia safe and sound.
No geese were spotted through my window.
