If you know me, you know I'm clueless when it comes to makeup. I don't wear crazy eye shadow colors and can't be bothered finding my perfect shade of foundation. And don't get me started on the hazards of putting on eyeliner. No, just give me some lip gloss and mascara (maybe) and I'm good to go. So when Perricone MD offered to let me test out one of their skin care products (and give one to you guys), I thought, "One foundation for every skin tone? This I gotta see."
No Foundation Foundation is very lightweight and provides SPF 30 without that sunscreen smell. For a second, I thought I'd put on way too much (and probably did), but after a couple rubs the lotion just blended into my skin. My face had a smooth satin feel to it and the foundation evened out my skin tone a bit, but I'm not going to say I was left with a picture perfect finish. Next up: discovering the magic of concealers.

ReplyDeleteI have a tough time with tone matching- I'm quite pale and have a hard time finding "the right shade of pale." A lot of foundations are either too pinkish or too yellowish, and never the right blend. Would love to try out No Foundation Foundation! :]

PS. I currently use Loreal Try Match foundation and Bare Minerals powder ....and some bronzer if I'm going out.. It takes up an extra 10 minutes in the morning to put on this junk oh and Sephora eye liner and the eye shadow thingy that you gave me.. and lip gloss and mascara... okay I'm done.. ...
I'm clueless when it comes to makeup too. I don't get how some girls just know instinctively how to look perfectly made up. I usually just do without because when I try to put it on, you can see makeup spots everywhere.

ReplyDeletesounds right up my alley! I don't have the time or desire to wear a full on makeup on a daily basis. For me it's usually, moisturizer with SPF, chap stick and mascara (on a good day) and i'm out the door. I'd love to try this product. Thanks for the chance at winning =D
