Simplicity, Light, and Nourishment

Lately I've been craving simplicity and light, peace and nourishment. I keep hoping that one day I'll wake up and *poof* I'll feel complete and satisfied with where I stand, but for now I keep searching. Wonder if I'll ever be able to stop and just enjoy the still?

    Pay special attention to the smiles you evoke from friends and family. That always helps me on rough days of thinking I should be somewhere else, be doing better in some way, or have been given something greater. It makes the today, the still, perfect. And I sometimes remind myself to smile back and give what I was just given.
