Happy Friday!

Last night my sis and I made Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle cupcakes for her bf's birthday (don't they look fierce?) and now I can't wait to see what else I can do with cake batter, a little icing and some dyes...
Are you happy?
Does anyone else do this? Besides me...
I could look through logos with hidden messages all day.
Isn't stop-motion just wonderful? (I'm feeling the song, too!)
Things We Forget: "Post-it notes left to their fate in public places."
Old Spice is hilarious.
Wait, there's dry-erase board paint?! Hee!
Whoa does this guy love rainbows! "Oh! OMG! What does this meeeaaan? OH!" (And check out this parody.)

  4. The cupcakes tasted as good as they looked. Thanks for coming through lifesaver!

Hello, one leg under, one leg out, its called temperature control!!

When I was at BU I remember being on the T and someone had written "life is beautiful." So a week or so ago I felt inspired and left a sticky that said "life is beautiful. Don't forget that" on the A train. Hopefully it made someone feel as good as that msg made me feel on the T years ago.

  5. P.S. BF uses old spice. It really does smell divine and it's long lasting. BUT when we shower together it totally kills my cocoa butter body wash scent and I end up smelling like a man =( a good smelling man though!

  8. I like the hidden things in Logos... thanks for that link!

Reminds me of that thing you used to do with pictures of part of signs of places and asked your readers to guess the name.

The cupcakes look too fierce to eat.

Hope you are having a good weekend!

  10. I love it. Ralph Rules!!!! Thanks Sis for helping my non-domestic gf with the baking. When I saw it the little boy inside me jumped for joy.

To be in love is a great thing. I'm lucky to her in my life.

  11. OK, first off you guys need to watch this kid recreate the first Old Spice commercial! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGbK0YiOKWo

dama, anytime. It was fun just hanging out and seeing what the hell would come out of that crazy, unreliable oven!

toriz, yup and it was so easy I wondered why I don't do it more often.

Oh wait, it's cause it's blazing hot outside and the oven heat was unbearable.

intense guy, thanks and you too! And that was Biz Quiz. Can you believe that weekly game happened two years ago? Time flies...

josh, I think the most forgettable one was Leonardo. Michelangelo was my fave even though he was too silly sometimes.

shaun, yes you are!! And did you cry!? You better have! And hey, it was all her idea. I just popped in to help. Hope you have a wonderful birthday :)

  14. Oh I can't wait to show you what I made yesterday! And yeah, the thought already crossed my mind: "Hmmm, I could just bake and decorate cupcakes all day..."

  19. yup... sleep like that

    Cupcakes look delish!

The logos were cool. Although I suspect Baskin Robbins will change that soon as they retired 5 flavors to the deep freeze this week. Can't remember if they said they'll do replacement flavors or not. French vanilla's one that went to deep freeze.... *shakes head*.

Diggin that song too. Gotta love stop motion.

Gotta dig post-it notes. Some really great messages there...

I find Old Spice dude annoying. Then again I associate Old Spice the scent with that jerk I was married to the first time around. The stuff STILL gives me headaches and I've banned it from my house. Now Claiborne Sport, on the other hand.... ~purrs~

Dry-erase board paint??? Sounds like a must for any home... kids or not. Could you imagine the possibilities in decorating? You get bored and you wipe the decor off and re do the whole wall.

The rainbow's gorgeous but the only place I want to hear a 3 minute+ orgasm is coming from my husband while we're in bed. Kudos to the parody though.
