Puppy Bowl VI

I can't stand football so even if I had cable I wouldn't watch that torture. In fact, not even the ads could lure me to it. Instead, I might have tuned into the Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet to watch those little monsters romping and tumbling around their miniature football field. This time, I'll just have to settle for this year's pre-game highlights. Oh, and for those who prefer cats, there's always the Kitty Half-time Show.

  1. I am with you! I could care less about football. It is such a long drawn out game. Thanks for posting about the Puppy Bowl. I had forgotten about it. I love watching that stuff with Barkley. He will spend the whole time trying to figure out how to get the puppies out of the tv. It is really much more funny to see than football!

  2. I'm not one for football either. But I am a sweet wife and hubby had nobody here to cheer with him, so I fixed snacky foods, got my book, sat in the recliner reading. And when he'd jump up yelling, I'd say "Alright!" That seemed to make him happy. It takes so little ;)

  5. Super Bowl....it's that day where some really neat new commercials come on the tv and are interrupted by stretches of men in tight pants beating holy hell outta each other, right?

  6. It's become tradition at my dad's house to watch the puppy bowl. I don't get it. Yes, they're cute. But seriously? Over an hour or whatever the hell it is watching them play???? NO THANK YOU.

I lost that argument, by the way. The puppy bowl was on and they watched. I'm pretty sure I put a new wrinkle on my forehead by looking confused at all the fuss.
