I hope you all had a beautiful weekend. Mine was completely lazy, hot and unbearable, but finally braving the heat to view the city at night from the top of the Empire State Building tonight was definitely worth it.
Yes, my photo taken from the top of the Empire State Building (86th floor). I'd only be there once before a few years ago, but this was the first time I was there from sunset to nightfall and the first time I went up to the observatory on the 102nd floor. Very cool!
A. and I were lucky to have gone with his friend who was on hand to share many details about the cityscape, history and architecture.
